Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Loka plugin ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Loka is a localization plugin for Framer that enables users to connect Google Sheets as a translation source and replace text layers with translatable components. The Service is provided in two tiers:

• Free: Limited to 2 languages and 30 translation keys.
• Pro: Unlimited languages, unlimited keys, one-click replace, and all switcher styles. Requires a paid subscription.

3. Account and License

• Pro features require a valid license key obtained through purchase via Creem.io.
• Each license key may be activated on up to 3 devices simultaneously.
• License keys are non-transferable and intended for use by the original purchaser only.
• We reserve the right to deactivate license keys that are shared, resold, or used in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Creem.io.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to Creem.io's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin or license keys
• Use the plugin for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass license validation or feature restrictions
• Interfere with the operation of the license validation server

6. Intellectual Property

The Loka plugin, including all code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Loka and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The code components installed into your Framer project (LocalizationProvider, TranslatedText, LanguageSwitcher) are licensed for use within your projects but may not be redistributed as standalone products.

7. Third-Party Services

Loka integrates with third-party services including Google Sheets and Creem.io. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and you must cease all use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loka operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
